The villa provides a welcoming, spacious accommodation. The panoramic terrace views make waking up in the morning a joy and provide lovely spots to enjoy at any time of the day or evening. The villa has a large summer kitchen with a big stone table and a barbeque.
The private pool is equipped with deck chairs and a shower, and is a perfect place to relax by. Just a few steps down is a private beach, a rocky seafront tamed by a spacious pier where you can take a dip into the clear Adriatic Sea and enjoy the sun and the summer breeze.
As your hosts, we are a married couple with a four year old girl and another baby on the way.Apart from tourism our main business is wine growing and making in the region of Dingac, located on the Peljesac peninsula. This is why we live between Dubrovnik and Trpanj, a village on the Peljesac peninsula – depending on the business season. As such, we strive to encourage our guests to discover the beauties of the whole Dubrovnik region as well as the city itself-especially the Peljesac peninsula. On one hand we put emphasis on strong family values and believe that our tradition and culture can teach us a lot about the future.On the other, we believe that travelling and meeting new worlds creates the perfect balance with the afore mentioned, opening the mind to new and modern ways of thinking, working and feeling. This is why we use most of our free time to travel all around the world and encourage our family and friends to do as well.
Lozica is a short 5km drive from the Old town of Dubrovnik – the ‘Pearl of the Adriatic’, where you can explore the historical and cultural heritage of this unique centuries old World heritage site. If you are looking for crystal blue sea, beautiful beaches, charming local restaurants, romantic scenery, entertainment, various cultural events, or simply a place to unwind, you will certainly find it in Dubrovnik. We recommend renting a car or using taxis for getting around so that you really make the most of what the area has to offer. Among other local activities are various water sport and beach activities, boat excursions, mountain biking, hiking, tennis, horse riding, folklore, and visiting local family estates for a taste of domestic wine and gastronomy, music or crafts.

Dubrovnik is a well-known town in Dalmatia, located almost at the very end of Croatian territories.
The town stretches about 6 kilometres – starting from the west from river Rijeka Dubrovacka / Ombla in Mokosica to the peninsula of Sveti Jakov in the east.
The wider area of the town includes Lapad peninsula, where most of the Dubrovnik hotels and beaches are located. Gruž is western part of the town where Dubrovnik’s main harbour, ferry terminals and bus station is located. Other areas include Pile, Ploce, Boninovo, Kono (see all suburbs on the map)

The oldest part of Dubrovnik, the Old Town is located east of Lapad at the bottom of Srd hill. It has well preserved cultural and historical heritage and is therefore inscribed on the UNESCO’s List of World Heritage Sites. Old Town’s street and squares are stone-paved while the architecture consists of elegant terraced houses, monasteries, churches, palaces, galleries and museums.
Except for its historical heritage, Dubrovnik also offers good holiday opportunity in terms of sea, sun, nightlife, restaurants and taverns with various specialities of local as well as international cuisine. Nowadays, Dubrovnik has a population of about 44 thousand.

The villa’s location is on the sea, with panoramic views across the bay, and in the evenings you can watch the sun set. It is stunning. Each floor has a terrace to enjoy coffees and cocktails. The villa is immaculate and well stocked – it has everything that you need. It is light and cool and you can hear waves crashing all the time. It’s beautiful. The hosts are on hand via Whatsapp or a telephone call to answer any queries.

The location is a short and inexpensive Uber to Dubrovnik old town and Ubers / taxis are easy to get.

There are a LOT of steps, but it’s worth it as the villa has its own pool, terraces (where we did yoga) and a neat private jetty into the sea.

The villa also has a wine cellar – what more can you need?
